Know before you go
• This is a Shared Tour
• All the guests need to carry a valid passport or Emirates ID for the tour. Guests will not be allowed to participate in the tour without a valid passport or Emirates Id.
• Not suitable for pregnant women, people under 120 cm or 15 kg, and those with impaired mobility.
• Exception: Children with a minimum weight of 15 kg may be accepted if they can fit in life jackets, charged at child price.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time.
• Late arrivals may be considered as no-shows.
• No Dubai Marina tours on 31 Dec.
• Tour timings may change depending on the season. If there are any changes, guests will be informed in advance and given the option to reschedule.
• The tour may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational reasons or for the safety of guests and crew. We will do our best to notify you in advance in such cases.
• This tour depends on weather and approvals from the Coastguard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the supplier may cancel the tour at any time. In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, we will do our best to reschedule the tour or offer a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

- By Car: Use Exit 32 from Sheikh Zayed Road → follow signs to Dubai Marina → merge onto Alkhayay St → take 1st exit at roundabout → park nearby
• Getting wet is very unlikely, but sea spray may occur in rare conditions
• Our yellow boats and staff in yellow uniforms are easy to spot
• Not allowed for:
- Children under 15 kg
- Pregnant women (any stage)
- Guests with back problems
