• Seats are subject to availability – if a particular show is full, guests will be offered the next available one
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show start time
• Additional AED5 is charged to enter Creek Park. This fee is mandated by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.

• Customers and staff must wear masks at all times
• Two-metre social distancing measures are displayed on visible areas within the facility and must be adhered to
• Washrooms and toilets are cleaned and sanitised after every use
• Anyone entering the site must undergo temperature screening and checks
• Unwell staff/customers/contractors and those showing symptoms with a temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius will be prohibited from entering
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours ahead of the booked show time. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
