Conclude your tour of Burj Al Arab with an exceptionally delicious coffee. Our freshly made Gold Cappuccino is a Burj Al Arab classic, beautifully decorated with edible 24-carat gold. Served in either UMA Lounge (which is located outside) or the chic indoor Observation Lounge, the Gold Cappuccino is the ultimate coffee with which to end your tour of one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.
Know before you go
• Ticket Lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• Tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Ticket holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• Tours leave every 15 minutes.
• Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access. Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
• Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only.
• Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are valid for the time and date displayed on your confirmation. For a full refund, cancel at least 24hrs in advance of booked time slot.
Additional Information
• Doors open 9:30am at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge. Guest should arrive 15 minutes before chosen tour time.
• Duration: Approximately 60- 90 minutes.
• Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Adult tickets apply to individuals from the age of 13.
• Children 0 - 3 years of age can enter for free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required.
• UMA Lounge access: From 11:00am and minimum spend may apply.
• Dress Code: Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory. Knee length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed.
• No photography is allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab in-house guests whilst in public spaces.
• Additional drinks and food are available for purchase, along with a full bar that may require a minimum spend.
