• Each guest will receive a unique QR code and must present it for entry.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking. Delays may occur during peak season.
• Prohibited items inside Burj Khalifa: Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food, sharp objects, and baby strollers must be stored in the luggage room.
• No refunds: No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
• Special notice for December 31:
- Outdoor terraces will be closed.
- Burj Khalifa slots available 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM.
- Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo open 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM.
- Expect road closures and limited Dubai Mall entry from 02:00 PM onwards.
