Know before you go

• PASSENGERS MUST ARRIVE 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE FLIGHT.
• MANDATORY WEIGHT INFORMATION: Passengers MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE WEIGHT DETAILS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Failure to do so may result in flight cancellation, and the ticket will be non-refundable.
• Identification Requirement: Passengers must present a government-issued or official identification card at check-in.
• By proceeding with the booking, passengers accept the risk of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions, and the ticket will remain non-refundable.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate passengers who require a seatbelt extender due to safety constraints, and the ticket will remain non-refundable.
• Poor Weather Conditions & Last-Minute Changes: In case of adverse weather conditions or other external factors beyond our control, flights may be cancelled at short notice. No charges will apply, and passengers will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

• Safety Weight Limit:
1. For the safety and comfort of all passengers on board, we have set a safety weight limit of 115 kilograms PER PASSENGER PER SEAT.
2. For a higher chance of flying, passengers approaching or exceeding the limit may consider booking a private flight instead of a shared one.
3. The maximum weight limit for a single passenger on a shared flight is 140 kg.
4. Passengers who do not meet the above weight requirement are not guaranteed to fly, as this depends on overall weight distribution. However, HeliDubai will do their best to accommodate them on other available slots on the same day, subject to availability. Please note that this is not guaranteed.
5. If rescheduling is not feasible, passengers whose weight exceeds or closely approaches the limit will be advised to purchase an additional seat to maintain proper aircraft weight balance *subject to availability.

• Private Heli Tour, Weight Limit:
1. The total body weight capacity for a private flight is 420 kg. If your group exceeds this limit, please contact our reservation team in advance to check availability and avoid any inconvenience.
2. Weight and balance regulations may require flight rescheduling, even if all passengers meet the individual weight limit.

• Weight & Balance Regulations:
1. Passengers’ weight will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance restrictions.
2. If the weight exceeds safety limits, the operator may reschedule or merge passengers with another flight on the same day *subject to availability and the ticket will remain non-refundable.
3. Seating arrangements are assigned based on weight distribution to maintain aircraft balance.

• Children’s Policy:
1. Only children above two years of age are allowed to fly and must have their own seat.
2. Children Cannot Sit On An Adult’s Lap.
3. Children aged 2 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Pregnancy Policy: Passengers who are seven months pregnant or more must provide a valid doctor’s certificate confirming they are medically fit to fly.

• Special Needs Passengers:
• People of Determination are welcome to fly but must be accompanied by a trained assistant who can help with boarding and disembarking.
• HeliDubai staff cannot provide physical assistance for movement or transfers.

• Right to Refuse Service: HeliDubai reserves the right to refuse carriage if the aircraft lacks the necessary technical capability or for other reasons at its sole discretion.

• Dress Code:
1. For safety reasons, passengers must follow the dress code. Loose clothing, long scarves, or accessories that could be affected by rotor winds should be avoided.
2. Flat, secure footwear is required—high heels are not permitted as they may compromise stability during boarding and disembarking.

• Passenger & Baggage Security:
1. Passengers must undergo security screening as per GCAA regulations.
2. Large bags, purses, and baggage are not allowed on board and must be stored in designated lockers.
3. A small carry-on bag for medical purposes may be permitted, limited to essential personal items only.

• Flight Operations & Route Changes:
1. All flights are subject to force majeure, helicopter availability, Air Traffic Control authorization, and weather conditions.
2. Flight routes and durations may change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or unforeseen factors beyond HeliDubai’s control.

• Passenger Conduct:
• HeliDubai reserves the right to refuse passengers whose behaviour disrupts or interferes with the safety or comfort of other passengers or staff.
• Passengers must comply with all crew instructions, including keeping seatbelts always fastened and remaining seated during the flight.

• Photography & Video Restrictions: Due to security policies, the following are not permitted on board unless passengers obtain written approval from Dubai authorities:
*iPads *Selfie sticks *HD camcorders *Cameras with lenses exceeding 400mm

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.

Additional Information

• Passengers should wear comfortable and respectful attire. No swimwear is allowed.
• Passengers are subject to security control per GCAA regulations. Large bags/purses are not allowed onboard; limited carry-on for medical purposes only (essential items only).
• Flights subject to Force Majeure, helicopter availability, ATC authorization, and weather conditions.
• Flight Route and Duration: Subject to change due to ATC regulations or unforeseen factors.
• Photography and Video Shooting: Casual tourist photography allowed; commercial photography is not permitted without approval.
