Know before you go
• Booking is per yacht for four hours and up to 20 guests • Dress code: swimwear, casual clothes; jacket is recommended for winter days • Add more fun to your yacht trip with water activities like swimming, jet skiing, flyboarding, parasailing, fishing and banana boat rides – all available on the spot for an additional charge • Please consult with our staff when booking online and also with the captain before boarding, to ensure they are well-informed about your expectations • Once the experience is booked, guests are requested to present a valid passport or Emirates ID copy, as per Dubai Coast Guard guidelines • Yacht trips need approval from the Dubai Coast Guard, which is based on weather conditions • Meeting point is at Dubai Marina Walk, near the Spinneys grocery store • Guests are advised to arrive 15-20 minutes before the trip starts – time cannot be compensated for late arrivals • All our luxury yachts are well-maintained by good-natured captains and service crew, so feel free to ask them any questions you might have • Charge electronic devices in advance to ensure cameras/mobiles can capture the beautiful sights around • Avoid photographing nearby strangers, unless you get their permission • Please note: picturing government buildings or military installations is illegal • Please call Centaurus Yachts on +971 4 352 1833 to confirm an available slot for your booked date • Slots from 3pm and 7pm daily are considered peak hours – minimum duration to avail of these slots is three hours per booking
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least three days ahead of the scheduled date and experience start time.
