Know before you go
• The operating hours for the Red and Blue route City Sightseeing bus are from 9am to 5pm
• Night tour departs at 6pm from Dubai Mall, once a day. Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from Dubai Mall bus stop at 6pm.
• All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual
• Transport coach is a double decker bus
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements
• The tour begins at Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop
• Please note that the tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Red Route:
The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 9am until 5pm. Duration: 80 minutes
Blue Route:
The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 9am until 5pm. Duration: 130 minutes.
Night Tour:
This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours. Pick-up times:
Stop 1: 6pm
Stop 2: 6:40pm
Stop 3: 7pm
Stop 4: 7:20pm
Stop 5: 7:35pm
The Night Tour has the following stops:
• Dubai Mall
• Mina Seyahi Dubai Marina
• Atlantis, The Palm
• Fairmount The Palm
• Souk Madinat Burj Al Arab
• Mall of the Emirates
Al Seef Dhow Cruise:
• Departure timings: daily and hourly from 10am to 3pm
• Location: Al Seef - Stop 3 Red Route
The Lost Chambers Aquarium:
• Open daily from 10am to 9pm
• Location: Atlantis, The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
Aquaventure Waterpark:
• The ticket must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at Dubai Mall
• Open daily, from 10am until sunset (closing time depends on the time of year)
• Height restrictions are in place on the rides
• Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2m tall (available free of charge)
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
